  3. 15 sSupervisor check interval: terminal, API, tunnel, public endpoint.
  4. 72 hRecent history re-read from source every 10 minutes, to fill holes and apply upstream revisions.

History

    Recorded outage drill

    We pulled the plug.

On 12 October 2026 we closed the MT5 terminal behind the live service and watched. The supervisor noticed, relaunched it, the terminal logged itself back in and the API was serving again — then the minutes it missed were refilled from the broker’s history. This is the real timeline.

      Model Context Protocol

      Agents get the
      same discipline.

The MCP server exposes five read-only tools over the same service as REST. Results include freshness and completeness, and the server tells the model how to read them.

      get_pricesymbolquote, age, fresh / market_closed / stale
get_candlessymbol, timeframe, limit, rangebars with complete flag, paging
      get_feed_health—status, per-symbol freshness, market open
find_gapssymbol, timeframe, rangegaps marked expected or unexplained
      list_symbols—instruments, precision, sessions
